Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund if the product doesn’t match its description.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital Downloads: Instant access means no refunds for purchase errors or changes of mind.
  • Framed Prints: Custom-made to order, so no returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@haifoto.com within 14 days if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos for verification, and we’ll typically send a free replacement or organize free return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@haifoto.com  Note: Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.
