03Questions

Before you brief us

Do I need a script?
No. Send a logo and a sentence about the idea. We write the story, the script and the voice-over, and you approve each one before we go further.
How many rounds of changes are there?
There are four approval points: concept, story, storyboard and the final film. The final film includes two rounds of notes.
What do you need from us?
Your logo, one line about the idea, and any links. If your product has screens, a few screenshots or a test login. That is all.
What formats do we get?
A master plus the formats you need: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5, cut-downs, captions and poster frames.
Do you work outside Queensland?
Yes. The studio is in Queensland and works with brands across Australia. Reviews happen online, at the four approval points.
Can the film follow our brand guidelines?
Yes. We read the brand first; its colours, type and tone carry into the look, the titles and the end card.
